Program Management Office (PMO)
Develops and leads a PMO organisation, including teams of Project Managers, to meet performance targets that are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives and that the projects adhere to best practices.
A centralised home for not only assigning program managers to provide oversight, but also housing templates, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
Governance, transparency, delivery support, traceability and reusability.
Managing resources and financial reporting.
